The DERPS dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the ticketing system, displaying key metrics such as total, pending, completed, and current-month tickets. It includes a monthly ticket summary presented through a bar chart, insights into user workload by highlighting those assigned the most tickets, and a category-wise progress breakdown to track ticket distribution effectively.

Chat

DERPS offers a real-time chat system that enables teams to communicate seamlessly through direct and group conversations, with support for message sharing and file attachments. The feature provides a secure, all-in-one communication solution that keeps team collaboration centralized within the platform, eliminating the need for third-party tools.


Drive

The DERPS Drive module functions act as an integrated file management system similar to cloud storage platforms, allowing users to create folders, upload files, and manage content such as documents, images, and videos. It also includes controlled sharing capabilities, enabling files and folders to be securely shared with specific team members or groups while maintaining confidentiality.


Project Tracker

The DERPS Project Tracker provides a structured overview of all projects through a board-based interface with statuses such as To Do, In Progress, Active, and On Hold. Users can view key project details including project name, start and end dates, and priority, and can drill down into any project to access detailed tickets and task information for deeper insights.


Chart Of Account

The DERPS Chart of Accounts page allows businesses to manage and monitor their financial accounts in one place. Users can create accounts with opening and current balances, assign them to appropriate categories such as assets or liabilities, and review detailed transaction histories, including both debit and credit entries.
